🌃 Euro Truck Simulator 2 Truck Not Moving

When I come to the bit where I can choose to drive or job market the mouse wont move what-so-ever.. its just stuck in a corner. Its not that I pressed the F5 Button (enable / disable mouse (windows 8.1)) so idk whats going on.
